District‑Wide Wooden Fence Repairs

March 10, 2026

The District will be conducting wooden fence repairs throughout the District in the coming weeks. Only one location involves fencing adjacent to residential homes. These maintenance activities are overdue, and fence pickets need replacement and staining.

We appreciate the community’s cooperation and patience as we complete these improvements.

Our notice to these affected residents will be be delivered by door posting, phone, email, and website announcement.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS NEAR THE GROUND WATER STORAGE TANK

Dear Residents,

The Seis Lagos Utility District would like to inform you that repairs to the wooden fences adjacent to the Ground Water Station will impact 7 homes—along the perimeter of the Ground Water Storage Tank. This is an early notification and exact timing will occur once weather and schedules can be confirmed.

This work will be completed by a SLUD‑approved contractor and a District employee will be onsite to accompany and supervise the repair work throughout the day.

Backyard Access Required

To complete these repairs safely and efficiently, access to your backyard will be necessary.
If you have large dogs or pets, please notify the District in advance so we can coordinate access appropriately and ensure the safety of both your animals and the crew.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete these important maintenance improvements.

If you have any questions or need to coordinate access, please contact the District office.

Thank you,
Seis Lagos Utility District
