The 2026 election was for two open Board member positions whose terms had ended. In addition to those expiring-term positions, there was a third open position resulting from a seat vacated in early 2026.

Rather than appoint someone to the third seat so close to the election, the Board decided to allow a newly elected Board to fill the final open position to help ensure our communities were well represented.

• Stephen Toth received 151 votes ( 32.13 % )
• Thomas Baker received 115 votes ( 24.47 % )
• Both were sworn in on May 12, 2026

The new Board (including the two newest members) went into executive session to appoint a fifth and final Board member to fill a previously vacated seat.

• The board considered applications from three potential candidates
• Sidney Hudson (representing Brockdale) was appointed and sworn in on May 12, 2026
