Contacting the District OfficeThe Seis Lagos Utility District office answers phone calls during regular business hours. If your call is not immediately answered, please leave a voicemail, and a staff member will return your call promptly.
For additional information, please contact the District Office at 972-442-6875.
For non-emergency matters, please follow the voicemail prompts and leave a detailed message. Your call will be returned on the next business day.
For water or wastewater emergencies requiring immediate assistance, call 972-442-6875 and follow the prompts. An on-call field technician will respond promptly to assess and address the situation.
The Seis Lagos Utility District observes all federal holidays and will be closed on those dates. Additional closures may occur as approved by the Board of Directors.
