New Service Request
Welcome to the Seis Lagos Utility District. The District provides water, sewer, street maintenance and fire protection to our communities. To provide an easy transition in service you may print and the Customer Service Agreement and Request for Confidentiality forms prior to arriving at our business office.
The following items are required to establish new service:
- $250 Deposit
- $50 Transfer Fee
- Valid Identification
- Completed Service Agreement
- A copy of the Warranty Deed (New homeowners)
- A copy of your lease/rental agreement (Renters)
- Submit completed documents in person at our office located at 2730 Country Club Rd. Ste. E1, Lucas, TX 75002, or
- Email completed documents to district@slud.us
Note: New service should be completed within four days of closing.
