Mailed Statements

Important Notice: Potential USPS Mail Delivery Delay

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to inform you about recent changes by the United States Postal Service (USPS) that may affect the delivery time of your utility statements.

USPS Service Adjustments

The USPS has implemented a new plan that modifies mail collection and processing times, especially impacting areas located more than 50 miles from a Regional Processing & Distribution Center. This change may result in an additional day added to the delivery times for certain First-Class mail items.

Additionally, the USPS has lowered its service performance targets for First-Class mail, setting more lenient goals for on-time delivery. This adjustment indicates that mail delivery may be slower than in previous years.

Furthermore, both the USPS Inspector General and the Postal Regulatory Commission have expressed concerns about these plans, suggesting that the changes could lead to further delays in mail delivery.
