Water Leak Determination Policy

If a property owner requests the District to check for a leak, and the District determines there is a leak on the District’s side of the meter, the District will repair the leak at no cost to the property owner.

If the District determines that the property owner has a leak on their side of the meter, they must repair the leak at their own expense.

In addition, the property owner will be billed $50.00 for the District’s time and labor.
