Leak Relief Policy

The District's Leak Relief Policy as passed by the Board of Directors is outlined below

Leak Adjustment Request Form

The Leak Adjustment Request Form is required within two (2) billing cycles of when repairs were made when requesting the District consider a leak adjustment.  Please read the form in its entirety, sign where required, and return to district@slud.us or present the completed form to the District office in person.  ​
