BOARD MEETING Information

​Regular Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the third Monday of each month. However, adjustments to this schedule may occur due to Federal Holidays, at the discretion of the President or, in their absence, the Vice President, taking into account circumstances like death, disability, incapacity, or absence.

Special Board of Directors meetings may be called by the President, and if the President is unavailable due to death, disability, incapacity, or absence, the Vice President has the authority to initiate such meetings. These special meetings may be held within or outside the District.

It is essential that all meetings, whether regular or special, are organized and conducted in strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.

Board of Directors meetings are usually held at 7:00 PM at the Seis Lagos Community Services Association Cabana located at 222 Seis Lagos Trail, Lucas, TX 75098.  Time and location subject to change.​
